The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Lead who thrives in a startup environment. You’ll be responsible for leading the development of our core product, making architectural decisions, and driving implementation with speed and precision. This is a builder role, not a management role, perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, iterating quickly, and leveraging the latest AI capabilities to create scalable solutions.
This role starts on a contract basis with the intention of converting to a long-term fit.
Key Responsibilities
About You
5+ years of software development experience, ideally in early-stage or startup environments
Strong expertise in Node.js / TypeScript, Postgres, React, and Google Cloud Platform
Proven ability to architect, build, and scale applications independently
Passionate about experimenting with and leveraging new AI technologies
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, problem-solver, and eager to help shape the product and company direction
Prefer building over managing—this role is focused on execution and innovation
