What You'll Do at Felix
We believe that the most impactful engineers are product-minded problem-solvers. We don't have traditional managers, every engineer is a tech lead responsible for driving their work forward. In this role, you will have the autonomy to make a significant impact every day.
Own problems end-to-end. You'll take ambiguous, complex challenges within the property management space and turn them into simple, elegant, and effective solutions.
Build, ship, and iterate. You'll work across our entire stack to build, launch, and refine core features that deliver real value to our users.
Make key architectural decisions. You will reason about the design of new systems, understand the architectural impact of your changes, and ensure the long-term quality and performance of our codebase.
Drive product direction. You'll collaborate closely with the founding team to understand user needs, challenge assumptions, and ensure we're not just building features, but solving the right problems.
