About the Role:
We’re seeking a Marketing Designer who can craft strategic marketing messages through clear and effective visual communication.
In this role, you’ll design across a wide range of touchpoints — including ads, social media, email, sales materials, and more — with a strong focus on both content structure and visual quality. We’re seeking someone who can maintain brand consistency while producing high-impact, persuasive content efficiently and independently.

What You Will Do:
- Create marketing-focused visual content such as digital ads, social media assets, email campaigns, and event materials
- Design and structure editorial content with clarity—ebooks, brochures, proposals, etc.
- Produce both digital and print-ready content for sales enablement and customer support
- Design visual assets and mockups tailored to campaign or client needs
- Support event/conference-related landing pages in collaboration with marketing and product
- Build and maintain reusable design templates and lightweight systems for recurring content
- Identify design needs independently, prioritize them, and lead end-to-end execution
What You Bring:
- Strong ability to structure visual content for clear and effective communication
- Skilled at collaborating with marketing and sales teams to translate business needs into design
- Proven experience designing editorial and marketing materials (ebooks, brochures, decks, etc.)
- Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and content design
- Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar design tools
- Able to work cross-functionally with clarity and independence
- Comfortable communicating design intent and feedback in both Korean and English
