We need a partner to reshape how we tell all of our stories—overhauling the language we use, the tone we adopt, and the way we connect across every touchpoint. What You’ll Do
• Translate the founder’s mission into emotion and meaning—shape a brand narrative rooted in authentic words that make people feel the truth of who we are and why we exist.
• Own the brand strategy—turn our vision into positioning, messaging, and a cohesive identity that resonates across markets, channels, and customer segments.
• Craft campaigns from concept to execution—develop compelling creative briefs, guide cross-functional partners, and ensure every launch feels intentional, aligned, and alive with our voice.
• Champion consistency—elevate how our brand shows up across digital, social, product, and internal communications, ensuring our story stays coherent and true.
• Partner with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure our brand drives business priorities while staying anchored to the founder’s vision.
• Identify opportunities for storytelling, partnerships, and creative innovation that amplify our presence and deepen the emotional connection people have with our brand

You have a background in journalism, English literature, or marketing. You’re trained to craft compelling narratives, understand the power of words, and translate insights into stories that connect deeply with people.
You’re based in Europe and (Denmark/Scandinavia is a plus)
