What you’ll be working on as our Marketing Designer & Developer (UI/UX)
We’re looking for a Marketing Designer & Developer (UI/UX) to transform our marketing website into a high-performing growth engine and create beautiful, conversion-focused digital experiences across the entire funnel.
In your first year at Filestage, you will:
Bring our website vision to life. You’ll translate Figma designs into high-quality, responsive WordPress components using the Gutenberg editor, helping us ship new pages and updates at a much faster pace than ever before.
Design digital experiences that convert. You’ll partner with our Lead Designer to craft compelling landing pages, campaigns, and marketing assets that support Performance Marketing, SEO, PLG, ABM, and our customer-facing teams.
Own the technical health and performance of filestage.io. You’ll make sure our website is fast, stable, mobile-friendly, and optimized for Core Web Vitals — delivering a seamless user journey from first touch to sign-up or demo.
Experiment and iterate at speed. You’ll collaborate with marketing strategy owners to launch A/B tests, CRO experiments, and rapid improvements that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
Be the go-to partner for cross-functional squads. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product-Led Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to execute web initiatives efficiently and with high quality.
