Founded in 2021, we have been profitable since early on, making hundreds of hires and hosting events in SF, NYC, Boston, LA & more. We’re a team of 20 across New York, San Francisco, Arizona, France/Brazil, and the Philippines.
About the Role:
In this role, you will work directly with Leopard clients (Founders, CTOs, Engineering Managers, or Recruiters) via Zoom and Slack to help them hire engineers from the Leopard community. Here’s a snapshot of how you’ll spend your time in this role:
First 90 Days :
Support Leopard active clients: Build strong working relationships with founders, hiring managers, & recruiters who partner with Leopard to fill open engineering roles.
Keep Airtable Up to Date: Work with the ops and marketplace teams to keep open roles, preferences, client bios, and interview funnels accurate and up to date.
Provide recruiting support: Help clarify role requirements, confirm must-have skills and priorities, and manage pipelines from first introduction through final stages.
Run regular check-ins: Use Zoom, phone, email, and Slack to share candidate updates, gather feedback, surface blockers, and keep clients engaged.
Over Time :
Advise on employer branding and closing strategies: Guide clients on how to position their company and roles in ways that resonate with members of the Leopard community. Share best practices for making offers & closing top candidates.
Track client funnel performance, flag drop-offs, and suggest improvements: Monitor hiring funnels for each client, identify where progress slows, and recommend interventions such as sourcing campaigns, events, or process adjustments.
Share insights from the community with clients: Translate feedback, trends, and conversations from the Leopard network into actionable recommendations. Help clients understand what candidates are looking for in roles, teams, and workplaces.
Work with Leopard’s Head of Ops to streamline workflows: Help build automations, standardize data flows, and replace one-off tasks using Airtable, Zapier, and other low-code/no-code systems.
