About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Lead with hands-on experience in energy certificates, power trading, or brokerage. You’ll play a key role in scaling Spritju’s marketplace by onboarding energy suppliers, traders, and large buyers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Drive marketplace liquidity by identifying and onboarding EAC suppliers, traders, brokers, and corporate buyers.
Manage the full sales and deal cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
Develop partnerships with energy producers, utilities, and trading companies.
Provide market feedback to shape product features and trading functionalities.
Represent Spritju in relevant energy industry networks and events.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in energy certificates (GOs, REGOs, I-RECs, etc.), power trading, brokerage, or related roles.
Strong network in European electricity markets and/or corporate sustainability buyers.
Proven track record in closing commercial deals or building liquidity.
Entrepreneurial mindset, excited to grow a new marketplace.
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
