Content Creator (Full-time, German-speaking)
We are Attensify, a content agency helping tech brands get seen, trusted, and chosen through TikTok and Instagram. We’re now hiring a full-time Content Creator in Germany to both appear in front of the camera and handle filming/editing for multiple brands.
What you’ll do
Act as on-screen talent for TikTok/Instagram content
Film content with other creators on location
Edit and finalize videos for multiple brands
Post content directly on brand accounts (captions, hashtags, scheduling)
Coordinate shoots, prep scripts, and manage revisions
Collaborate with our Copenhagen HQ to align on strategy and feedback
What we’re looking for
Confident and natural on camera
Strong experience filming and editing short-form (TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts)
Skilled with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Deep understanding of social media trends and storytelling
Based in Germany, fluent in German, comfortable in English
What we offer
Full-time position (~40 hrs/week)
Initial 3-month period as a freelancer (with all social costs covered by us), then transition to a standard employment contract in Germany
