What you’ll be working on:
Design intuitive, engaging, and beautiful user interfaces.
Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
Work closely with product and engineering to ship features that improve learning and retention.
Approach design with empathy, always keeping the user’s perspective in mind.
Contribute to product direction with ideas grounded in UX best practices.
Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively bring new ideas to the team.
About you:
5+ years of experience as a designer (3 years in graphic design and 2 years in product design).
Mastery of Figma: components, variables, auto layout, text styles, responsive design, and 2025 best practices.
Strong experience with design systems and component libraries.
Excellent UX skills and ability to empathize with users.
Outstanding visual design — you make interfaces not just usable, but beautiful.
Proactive, reliable, and have good communication skills.
Proficient in English.
Nice to have:
Background in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with gamification or habit-forming features.
Familiarity with AI tools and image generation.
Experience in consumer mobile apps.

Step-by-step process for this position:
Interview with the Recruiter (45 min): To discuss the position, check basic competencies, and culture fit.
Test task: Task regarding the position’s requirements.
Tech interview with CEO and Head of Product Design (up to 1 hour): Sum up the information about the candidate, detailed сase approach to identify experience and core competencies, discussion of the completed task.
Referral: Recommendations from the previous workplace.
Final Interview with CEO and Head of Product Design (up to 30 minutes): Summarize experience and assess alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Offer call (30 min): Discussion of a Job Offer Proposal.
